Zakup i rozbudowa kampusu The Warsaw HUB przez Google
W marcu 2022 r. Google Poland odkupiło od dewelopera Ghelamco biurową część kompleksu The Warsaw HUB przy Rondzie Daszyńskiego w Warszawie za około 583 mln euro - była to największa pojedyncza transakcja biurowa w historii polskiego rynku. Google, dotychczas jeden z głównych najemców kompleksu, zapowiedziało łączną inwestycję sięgającą blisko 700 mln USD na zakup i dalszy rozwój obiektu. Nabyte dwie wieże obejmują ponad 90 tys. m2 powierzchni biurowej i mieszczą największe w Europie centrum inżynieryjne Google Cloud, z docelową przestrzenią dla około 2500 pracowników.
