A data center campus built by Atman in Duchnice, in the Ożarów Mazowiecki municipality (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), near Warsaw. It is ultimately to consist of three buildings with a combined colocation area of nearly 19,000 m² across 36 data halls and 43 MW of IT capacity, with room for more than 50,000 servers. The first building, with 14.4 MW of capacity and an area of 6,324 m², was officially opened on 18 September 2025, after construction began on 12 October 2023. The target value of the investment is PLN 2.5 billion; the facility is powered by energy from renewable sources. The project secured a PLN 1.35 billion syndicated loan from six financial institutions.

Significance

Once fully completed, WAW-3 is to be the largest data center campus of a Polish operator and one of the key digital hubs in Central and Eastern Europe, with 43 MW of IT capacity and room for more than 50,000 servers. The investment increases the country's colocation resources for cloud and AI services, while renewable energy supply and closed-loop cooling are intended to limit its environmental footprint.
