Poznań Stadium (redevelopment for UEFA Euro 2012)
A thorough redevelopment of the municipal stadium at ul. Bułgarska in Poznań, carried out as an investment of the City of Poznań for the UEFA Euro 2012 European Football Championship. As part of the modernization (the construction period of the new stadium being 2003–2010), four roofed stands were built; work on stands I and III lasted from October 2008 and was completed in September 2010. The official opening of the modernized facility took place on 20 September 2010. The capacity is 42,837 seats (increased to 43,269 from 2012). The construction cost of the new stadium was given as PLN 747 million. The owner is the City of Poznań (POSiR).

Significance
The redevelopment of the Municipal Stadium at ul. Bułgarska was one of Poznań's key investments connected with Poland's co-hosting of the UEFA Euro 2012 European Football Championship.
