Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum - new headquarters and the largest concert hall in Poland
Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum is the construction of a new, permanent headquarters for the Sinfonia Varsovia orchestra at ul. Grochowska 272 in Warsaw (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), on the grounds of the former SGGW Veterinary Institute. The investment comprises the largest concert hall in Poland with 1,877 seats, a chamber hall for approximately 400 people, rehearsal spaces, and storage and technical facilities. The architectural design, selected in an international competition in 2010, was prepared by the Atelier Thomas Pucher studio with the participation of Grupa 5 Architekci, and the acoustics were developed in cooperation with teams from Berlin (Müller-BBM) and Brussels. Implementation is divided into stages: the first stage, covering the renovation of the historic outbuildings, has been carried out since 2023 by Korporacja Budowlana Doraco for over PLN 117 million; the second stage, the construction of the main concert hall, was the subject of a tender in which the lowest bid (over PLN 651 million) was submitted by Warbud, and the total budget of the investment was estimated at nearly PLN 768 million. The investor is the Capital City of Warsaw; from 2026 the institution is co-managed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Completion of the whole is planned for the turn of 2029 and 2030.

Significance
Once completed, the facility is to be the largest concert hall in Poland (1,877 seats) and the new headquarters of the Sinfonia Varsovia orchestra, creating in Warsaw's Praga district a publicly accessible centre of musical life with a chamber hall, educational spaces, a café, and a public garden. The investment combines the revitalization of the historic buildings of the former Veterinary Institute with the construction of a modern hall whose acoustics are designed by renowned specialists from Berlin and Brussels, which is intended to strengthen Warsaw's position as a centre of classical music. The scale of the undertaking — a budget increased in March 2025 by an additional PLN 210 million by decision of the Warsaw City Council, plus PLN 180 million provided by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage — makes it one of the largest cultural investments in the country.
