An offshore wind farm with a capacity of up to 390 MW under construction in Poland's exclusive economic zone of the Baltic approximately 23 km north of the shore, off the municipalities of Krokowa and Choczewo in Pomorskie Voivodeship. The investor is Ocean Winds, a joint venture owned in equal shares by EDP Renewables and ENGIE. The project comprises 26 turbines of 14 MW each with a Power Boost function increasing capacity to 15 MW. In December 2025 the investor reached financial close, securing approximately EUR 2 billion of financing and moving from the development phase to the construction phase. Onshore works are to begin in 2026, and the first energy is expected in 2028.

Significance
BC-Wind is Ocean Winds' first offshore wind project in Poland and one of the projects of the so-called first phase of Polish offshore. The target capacity of up to 390 MW will increase the share of renewable sources in the national energy mix and strengthen Poland's energy transition. The project uses Polish ports (Świnoujście as the assembly port for foundations, Gdańsk for turbines) as well as a service base in Władysławowo, engaging domestic contractors.
