Baltica 3 is the second phase of the Baltica offshore wind farm in the Polish Baltic, with a planned capacity of approx. 1045 MW, implemented by the PGE Baltica company as part of a joint venture of PGE and Ørsted (50 percent each). The farm is to be built in the part of the Baltic between Łeba and Ustka, at least 25 km from the shore. The project holds a location decision, an environmental decision and permits for connection infrastructure, but a final investment decision (FID) has not yet been taken for it. Commissioning was originally planned for 2026; full commissioning is now expected by the end of the decade, around 2030.

Significance
Baltica 3, as the second phase of the Baltica complex (together with Baltica 2, approx. 2.5 GW), is to add approx. 1045 MW of installed capacity in offshore wind energy, supporting Poland's energy transition and the diversification of generation sources in the Baltic. The separation of the investment decision from Baltica 2 means that the implementation of this phase is shifted in time relative to the original plans.
