A planned offshore wind farm with a capacity of about 900 MW (0.9 GW), located in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea about 80 km from the shore, off Łeba in the Pomorskie Voivodeship, developed by PGE Baltica of the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna company. The project belongs to the second, auction phase of Polish offshore wind energy. By 2025 it had obtained an environmental decision, a location permit and a grid connection agreement, and it entered the first Polish offshore auction (contracts for difference), settled on 17 December 2025. In this auction, the Baltica 1 bid with a capacity of 896 MW did not obtain support — contracts for difference were awarded to three other projects (Baltica 9, Baltic East and Bałtyk I) with a combined capacity of 3.435 GW. Commissioning of the farm was planned by the end of 2032, provided the auction was won; following the unsuccessful auction, the further implementation path remains open.

Significance
Baltica 1 is one of three offshore wind energy projects developed by the PGE group in the Polish Baltic; once fully implemented, the farm with a capacity of about 900 MW would increase national generation capacity from renewable energy sources. However, the failure to be awarded a contract for difference in the first offshore auction of December 2025 delays the financing model and commissioning of the project, whose further implementation depends on subsequent market outcomes.
