An onshore wind farm being built by TAURON Zielona Energia in Rawicz County (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The installation is to consist of 53 turbines with a rated capacity of 3.6 MW each and a height of 134 m, giving a target capacity of approximately 190 MW. Once completed, it is to be the largest wind investment of the TAURON Group and the second-largest onshore wind farm in Poland. The project was purchased in 2024, and its completion was scheduled for the second half of 2027. By August 2025 the foundations for all 53 turbines had been poured.

Significance

The target capacity of approximately 190 MW from 53 turbines is to cover the demand of nearly 200 thousand households and make the farm the largest wind investment of the TAURON Group as well as the second-largest onshore wind farm in Poland after Potęgowo. The investment significantly increases national onshore wind generation capacity and shifts the balance of the state-owned group's renewables portfolio toward wind power.
